Is Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) pricing worth it?
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) offers some of the most affordable and competitive pricing among email service providers. While their pricing may seem affordable at first glance, there are certain drawbacks to consider.
One important con is that Brevo's pricing plans do not include all crucial features in the lower-priced plans. For example, some advanced features like marketing automation, landing pages, and Facebook ads require a higher-tier plan, which can add to the costs.
Furthermore, Brevo's pricing plans have some glaring limitations regarding customization and reporting. Brevo offers limited advanced reporting features - like A/B testing and revenue tracking - making it difficult to gain detailed insights into your marketing campaigns. It also offers limited customization options on its templates and designs, which may disadvantage businesses looking to create more unique and brand-specific campaigns. These limitations may affect the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and may require you to seek out other tools or services to complement Brevo's offerings.
Brevo also offers limited customer support. Its support is limited to email and chat, and there is no phone support available, which may be an issue for businesses that require immediate assistance.
In conclusion, while Brevo's pricing may be affordable for small businesses with limited budgets, it may not be the most effective or cost-efficient option for larger businesses or those that require more advanced features and customizations.
Hi @Sendinblue any update please? You seem to keep introducing undocumented "features" without any explanation. Support is very slow and really struggling to get any answers.
@SendinBlue can anyone help me? Is there any support for sendinblue? The platform and pricing is nothing without proper support! Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!
I'm using @Sendinblue, the pricing was very friendly for bootstrapped founders :)

On all its packages, Brevo offers unlimited contacts with increments in the limit of the number of emails you can send. Their pricing plan was updated in October 2022 and added certain changes in the features and email sending limits for each plan. The plans were tiered at similar costs of $0, $25, and $65 and were called ‘Free’, ‘Lite’, and ‘Premium’ respectively. The update changed their names to ‘Free’, ‘Starter’, and ‘Business’ and the customers on older ‘legacy pricing plans’ were transitioned to the newer plans and features.
Verdict
While Brevo offers a range of pricing plans with various features, some businesses may find the limited customization options, reporting, and advanced segmentation a drawback. On the other hand, businesses that prioritize email automation, landing pages, and Facebook ads may find Brevo's pricing competitive and worth the investment. Therefore, whether it is worth it depends on these specific requirements of businesses and also on Brevo’s comparison with other service providers.
