What is Courier Transactional Email Service?
The transactional email service provided by PlatformDocs offers three pricing tiers: Starter, Developer, and Business. The Starter tier, which is free, allows for up to 10,000 notifications per month and includes unlimited templates, integrations, basic logging and analytics, and a 30-day log retention. The Developer tier, priced at $0.005 per notification, includes everything in the Starter tier plus unlimited notifications, the ability to remove Courier branding, and chat and email support. The Business tier utilizes a pricing model based on monthly tracked users and includes everything in the Developer tier, as well as role-based access controls, single sign-on, 1-year log retention, template analytics, multiple provider failover, advanced user preferences, and more.
